This lovely hamlet property is a working B&B/gîte, the rental rooms and facilities are a separate building from the owners' accommodation, and in-between is ample easy parking and a large barn. The owners' house has a kitchen/diner (34m2) with windows on two sides, with range cooker plus a log-burner set in a stone fireplace, and exposed beams. Thdere is also oilcentral heating. This connects to a large living room with logburner (39m2). Upstairs, a huge bedroom (27m2) with balcony, a second bedroom, and a shower room with WC. The guest building has three ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, and two living rooms each with a logburner. So this can work well as either a B&B or all together as one gîte holiday rental (the current owners do a bit of both, successfully). The barns are 130m2 and 150m2, a small workshop, and a laundry room with shower accessed from outside.
