The flat is located in the heart of the lively and bustling Les Halles district. Just next to the Saint Eustache church and in front of the Halles forum and its gardens. There are many restaurants at the foot of the building, including the famous "Au pied de cochon" and others. The metro/RER station is opposite the building and the Louvre museum is a 10 minute walk away! The flat is very cosy and comfortable. It is also very clean and well maintained. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi...). In case of overconsumption, a supplement will be asked at the end of the rental period after the meters have been read.
