Apres ski, you are greeted by a warm fire and perhaps the smell of cookies in the oven. Skating on the pond, or in summer, swimming, hiking, relaxing on the screened porch is just part of the amenities you will enjoy There is a cozy loft for sleeping or snuggling up with a book, or playing with toys, a darling updated kitchen, and a nice addition for another bedroom or family/dining room. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing with a good book. On the water's edge, a small cabin with fireplace and bath ( needs updating) Enjoy peace and quiet and escape from the crowds, but drive 10 mins to shopping, Lake Sunapee. 20 mins to I89 and 90 mins to Boston. 4 hours to NYC.
